Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from San Marcos, Texas upon completion. Standard U.S. shipping times are approximately 15–30 business days from the date your order is received, although this delivery expectation may vary depending on:

  1. Number of items ordered
  2. Complexity of design
  3. Materials inventory and material shipments

Please note that custom orders may require additional time depending on design complexity. More intricate designs can extend delivery timelines by an estimated 10–14 additional business days.

For pre-orders, items will be shipped once the full batch has been completed. Shipping timelines will begin at that point.

International orders are fulfilled based on completion time plus the transit time required to reach your specific destination. Delivery times may vary depending on location and local postal services.
