Refund policy
Returns
To request a return and refund, items must be undamaged and free of defects. Refunds will not be issued for items that are not returned in their original, resellable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on all undamaged, non-defective items, which must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Once the item has been received and inspected at the studio, a refund may or may not be issued within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you. Damaged/defective items do not have to be returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days if above criteria are met, OR buyer may choose store credit equivalent to the cost of their purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
